If you subscribe to any Neureil paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, email us and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 7-day window, or for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will confirm and process your refund within 2 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 7-day window, please email us separately to request one.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations outside of the 7-day guarantee window. If you cancel before your billing cycle ends, you retain access through the end of that period.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension.
