By accessing or using Neureil ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered accounts, and paying customers.
Neureil is an API service that extracts clean, structured content from web pages for use in AI applications and agents. You send a URL, we return a structured JSON response containing the meaningful content from that page with noise removed.
We do not store the content of pages you extract. Extraction results are returned in the API response and not persisted on our servers beyond a short-lived cache used for performance.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key in public repositories, client-side code, or with unauthorized parties.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard.
You may use Neureil only for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Neureil offers two paid plans.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date it began. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Unused extractions do not roll over to the following month.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on any paid plan. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles or after the 7-day window. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, lost data, or business impact caused by service interruptions. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
Neureil, its logo, API, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Neureil. You retain ownership of any content you send to or receive from the API. You grant us a limited license to process your requests solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neureil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your API key is revoked and access to the Service ceases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
